Bestemor's Meatloaf
My Norwegian grandmother's recipe for meatloaf

This is always a winner at my house.

Preheat oven to 350

1 to 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1tsp salt
a little pepper
3 tbs flour
3 tbsp milk
1 egg

Mix well the ingredients above and form into a loaf. Place in shallow baking pan on center rack. Bake for 1 hour.

Great with mashed 'taters, boiled potatoes, or the pan roasted variety.
